Sacred Eagle - The Shop
In early 1991, my sister received her wool back in blanket form from MacAusland’s Woollen Mill. I was the lucky recipient of the first blanket from the batch. Soon after, in early March, her entire house, the whole shipment of blankets and their beloved Border Collie, “Bandit” were lost in a house fire.
This old blanket is still in use and a reminder of all that was lost over 35 years ago.

In June 2026, Clayton and I brought our wool to the historic MacAusland's Woollen Mill in PEI — our first time seeing the mill in person.
It was an honour to bring wool from my own flock, descended from my original sheep. Approximately 30 years ago, I had the chocolate blanket pictured here made from their wool.
Their descendants' wool has now been woven into our very first selection of Sacred Eagle Heritage Wool Blankets.
The quality is woven in.
This is my very first blanket made with my own sheep’s wool, woven at MacAusland’s Mill approximately 30 years ago. I’ve used it seasonally since and it’s still in awesome condition.

We collected wool from our sheep, the same line we've had for over 40 years, and brought it to MacAusland's — the only woollen mill left in Atlantic Canada, weaving quality wool blankets since 1932. We still use two MacAusland's blankets at home today, made from our wool over 30 and 35 years ago, and both are still in great shape. It's why we chose MacAusland's to make these for Sacred Eagle – The Shop. The quality is woven in!

Whole Lamb - Pasture-Raised, GMO-Free
Our 2026 meat lambs are raised with love and sunshine on Sacred Eagle Farmstead — every one of them this year are named Derrick.
They enjoy a free-choice diet with access to natural trace-mineral salt, kelp meal, diatomaceous earth, and chelated minerals, and are finished on grass. Naturally raised without vaccinations, antibiotics, or growth hormones, our GMO-free lamb is nutritious, flavourful, and raised with care from our farm to your table.
$13.50 per pound
Final price is based on the lamb’s hanging weight, which will vary by animal. Available by advance order with a $100 deposit.
