"Staying at Sacred Eagle Farm was a five-star experience — if not six! From start to finish, Georgia was an outstanding host: always easy to reach, quick to respond, incredibly thoughtful, and cares deeply about ensuring her guests have a great experience. The location is ideal for exploring Nova Scotia, with Peggy's Cove and the Cabot Trail perfect for day trips — then each evening we returned to the peaceful, idyllic setting of the farm.

As three young women travelling in a new country, we felt completely safe and cared for. Georgia, along with her sweet dogs, made us feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. If you're considering a trip to Nova Scotia, I can't recommend this property highly enough!"

"Her place was absolutely amazing! She was extremely friendly and welcoming, and gave us an amazing tour of the barn and let us see all the farm animals.

Whenever Georgia saw us she always made sure we had everything we needed and that we were having an amazing experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere quiet with animals."

Tessa shared a photo of some of our lambs!

"Stepping into Georgia's space was immediately calming and relaxing. She kept everything you'd need to feel comfortable right at hand, and the added amenities of teas and coffees, dishes, and a fridge and toaster oven made it easy to eat at home as well. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude made it feel like we had been friends for years and were just catching up.”

"We really enjoyed accompanying Georgia one evening for chores. It was great to see the herding dog round up the various animals — first bringing in the herd of sheep, then the horse, followed by the cows, and finally the ducks and chickens. Georgia was warm and friendly and shared lots of information about her animals and the farm. Her son Clayton was also helpful. Their three huge dogs were lovely and very friendly.

The accommodations were comfortable, very clean and well appointed. Thank you Georgia and Clayton for giving us such a warm welcome."

"Staying at this farm felt like coming home. The mom-and-son team put so much heart into everything, from the cozy setup to the way they care for their animals. We laughed, relaxed, and left feeling more grounded. She also gifted us a book authored by her. She is an amazing and strong person."

"Our stay at Georgia's farm was very enjoyable. The place was great, hospitality was wonderful. Georgia was keen to share interesting and inspiring stories about her personal journey and to show how she cares for her creature friends.

We bought a copy of her book — an interesting account of her life's experiences. An easy read, but very captivating. Georgia is a great storyteller!"

The dogs are so friendly — don't be put off by their barking when you arrive, they're just saying hello!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Georgia is a great host and I can't say enough about her kindness — she even helped me get to work several times during a rental car emergency! Being on the farm as an animal lover? The animals were the cherry on top. I hope to return when I'm back in the region."
